We have been dealing with Vantage Property Management for our rental property in London for the past one year. The team there, especially Walter and Sandra have been exceptionally professional and responsive. Staying very far from London, we absolutely have peace of mind, knowing that the property is in good care and management with Vantage team. They have good knowledge and experience in the rental industry. The management fees is reasonable and they undertake rigorous diligence in selecting and managing tenants. The company also provides timely and detailed account statements for tax purposes. We definitely recommend Vantage to anyone looking for property management in London, Ontario.

Recently we renovated a condo townhouse as an income property. We learned that Vantage Property Management came highly recommended so we signed with them to screen tenants and manage the property once renos were completed. Walter and Sarah were kind enough to meet with us during renovations and offered advice on what had to be done to meet industry standards. They also shared the names of contractors and suppliers whenever we needed a special item or service.

Our first tenant unfortunately had to sublet but Vantage helped her search for a suitable person to take over her lease and again, found an qualified new tenant for us.

We have also had excellent service from Sandra, our account manager, as well as from the other office staff. We particularly value receiving the monthly investor statement and the annual income statement which are extremely helpful for our own record-keeping. And these statements always arrive on schedule!  We look forward to many years working with Vantage and recommend them highly to anyone requiring their services.
